Option.FM is required by law to verify all client accounts in order to ensure the protection of your funds and to guarantee that no other persons have access to your account.
The process is simple. After opening your account and before withdrawing funds, you must submit the documents below to our compliance department:
1. Copy of a valid government-issued Photo I.D., in color, both front and back. (For example: Identification Card / Driver License / Passport)
2. Colour copy of a Utility Bill, dated within the last 6 months, with your name and address. (For example: gas / water / electricity / phone bill or bank statement).
OR notarized document stating your name and current address, dated within the last 6 months.
3. Copy of Credit Card, in color, showing the name, expiration date, last four digits on the front and the signature on the back. You may cover or block out all other details, should you choose.
Documents can be sent in any of the following formats: JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG, PDF. To submit your verification documents please log in to your OFM account, and click “Upload Files” from within the “My Account” Page.
